A space to reflect, connect and align with the most authentic version of yourself - in community with other women.
The year of the Fire Horse has arrived, bringing with it rapid change and extraordinary opportunities for growth. When change moves this quickly, we need containment and community to help us process, integrate and evolve.
The Women’s Circle is an intimate gathering - a space to go inward, share openly and form sacred bonds with other women navigating this highly transformative year.
Each session weaves together meditation, astrology, guided group discussion, and ritual to help you quiet the mind, reconnect with your intuition, and step into a more authentic version of yourself.
We meet in person at Flostate in Mill Valley ~every 6 weeks. Doors open at 6:30 P.M., and the circle begins promptly at 7:00 P.M., typically lasting 2 hours.

Women's Circle Format-
To help you drop in, I'll lead the group through a short guided meditation - a chance to quiet the mind and release the energy of the day before we begin.

I’ll share the current astrology, including major transits and their themes, in a grounded, practical way. The themes will serve as an anchor for our group discussion.

This circle is intentionally kept to 12 attendees to create a safe, intimate space where everyone feels comfortable sharing. As an experienced facilitator, I’ll guide the group through an open discussion.
Topics range from identity to career, relationships, purpose, shedding limiting beliefs and nervous system regulation.
When women on a similar path witness one another, greater healing and growth can occur.

Each session includes a unique ritual or journaling exercise to honor the moment - whether that’s setting intentions, working with oracle cards, or releasing what no longer serves. Participating in these practices alongside other women amplifies their effect.

Jessica Patterson - the founder of How I Met Myself - is leading the Women’s Circle. Jessica is an expert facilitator, space holder, healer and coach. All of her work centers around helping women navigate life’s thresholds and step into the most authentic version of themselves. She brings expertise in Astrology, Intuitive Healing and Breathwork. No, participants do not need to have any prior knowledge of astrology. I provide a high level overview of the current/upcoming astrology in a way that is easy to understand and apply to your life. If you ever want to go deeper, I offer 1:1 astrology readings.
